I've spent 20+ years living, researching, eating, and experimenting with gluten free in my kitchen to bring you sweets I am proud to share!
Struggling for years to find convenient foods like "everyone else" does, I'm making items for those of us who crave the muffins, cookies, and sweets we can't just conveniently find. I'm doing my best to make our exclusive community in Northwest Missouri a little happier!
When I'm Not Baking
I spend a tremendous amount of time outdoors as it's just as much of a passion as the gluten-free baking. If I'm not outside working on the yard or just enjoying it, I'm back in the kitchen planning next week's menu and experimenting with something new.
I'm also an official cat woman and lover of all animals. I've got three four-legged children who are very near and dear to my heart: Tux, Tofu, and Tito. Why I'd name all three cats starting with the same letter, when I already hated that all three of us sisters had names that did the same thing, is beyond me. 🙄😂
